โœ… Eligibility for Return & Exchange

You may request a return or exchange if:

  • The item you received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • You notify us within 3 days of receiving your order.

  • The product is unused, unworn, and in original packaging with tags attached.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Items bought during sale or clearance events.

  • Accessories, undergarments, or items marked as non-returnable due to hygiene reasons.

  • Products that are damaged due to misuse or not in original condition.

  1. Contact us within 3 days of receiving your order via:

  2. Clearly mention your Order Number, the issue, and whether you want a return or exchange.

  3. Once approved, ship the item back to our address (shared via support).

  4. After we receive and inspect the item, weโ€™ll send your exchange or initiate your return process.


๐Ÿ’ธ Refund Policy

  • Refunds are only offered in case of out-of-stock items or damaged products (if replacement isnโ€™t possible).

  • Refunds are processed via bank transfer or easypaisa/jazzcash within 5-7 business days.


๐Ÿ“ฆ Return Shipping Charges

  • If the mistake is ours (wrong/damaged item), weโ€™ll cover return shipping.

  • If itโ€™s a size or preference issue, the customer will bear return shipping costs.

Please allow 3-5 working days for exchanges to be processed once we receive your returned item.
